On Charles III Avenue, this garage entry was a latter addition to a house built in the late 19th or early 20th century (below).

En la avenida Carlos III (o Salvador Allende), esta puerta fue añadida en los años 1920 o 30 a la casa original, construida a finales del siglo XIX o principios del XX en estilo ecléctico (abajo).

Between 17th and 19th streets, it was built in 1928.
There are plenty of art deco houses in Havana built in neo-Aztec style, inspired by everything preColumbian and very popular in America then, especially in countries like the US, Mexico and, due to the cultural infuence, also Cuba.
This one is particularly outstanding, showing a global design that comprised all the different elements in the house and around it: doors, gratings, floor tiles, the fence, etc.

En La Habana abundan las casas unifamiliares de la era art decó en estilo neoazteca, una de las variantes más en boga por entonces en el continente americano, especialmente Estados Unidos, México y, por influencia cultural, también Cuba. 
Esta es una de las más interesantes al ser su diseño integral e incluir todos los elementos de la casa o en torno a ella: puertas, rejas, baldosas, cerca, etc.
